3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Morrison is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Cost Professional (CCP), the content on thenewhomeskeptic.com does not create a professional services relationship unless you formally engage our services through a written agreement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE NEW HOME SKEPTIC EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
